Hello,

My finance from Japan received approval for a K1 Visa. She arrived on 7/13/17.

According to the USCIS website and everything else I've read, we have to be married

within 90 days of her arrival, which will be 10/11/17.

We have set our marriage date for 10/1/17.

Her K1 Visa stamp on her passport, however, expires on 9/23/17. Is that a problem?

In other words, she'll be in the U.S. for 7 days on an expired K1 Visa before we get married.

(Again, technically, according to the K1 Visa law, we have until 10/11/17 to get married.)
