A month after we got approved for expedite we've received an email from the Embassy with instructions to book an interview via the link.  Closest date we found was the 10th of May, which we booked.  Around how many days before the interview should we do the medical test?  Do we need to make an appointment or just walk in?  All the same prices?  Thanks

i didn't see this requirement anywhere?

She said "you have qualify for visa but trump ban don't allow us"

My case came back to wc. 2days ago.

She asked me about my husband jobs.  She didn't want any document to proof our relationship,  although I have lots of documents to show her.

Did we ever figure out the proper way to get the police clearance since it is now only done online? My husband completed the online request for Police Clearance and selected the Empost option. Will we get original copy of Police Clearance mailed to us? He paid 165 dirhams for the police clearance to be sent to Empost.

For those who are getting ready for their interview or already had their interview, what did you do for your police clearance?

depends on what requirement they ask for and some AP don't take much time as I knew a guy from Pakistan who was put in AP for 3weeks ,so AP depend on case and what did they mark on your 221g paper?

They didnt mark anything just passport n administrative processing. I did get a call yesterday from the embassy saying that since my husband renewed his passport so the system tells them to do administrative processing. We also got the form ds5535 which we submited feb 4.

Hi, wanderlust88. Instead of employment letter, paystubs can be submitted. I submitted paystubs to nvc along with affidavit of support, tax returns and w2.

Praise God for an answered prayer

Can you please tell us what documents and questions were you asked?

I am so confused! Please help.

- When I originally submitted my Affidavit of Support in March 2017, I had put information from 2016 as annual income. And for last 3 years I put information from 2015, 2014, and 2013.

- My question is that now that it is 2018, do I need to just take the same Affidavit of Support that I submitted to NVC? Or do I need to take a new affidavit with current income as expected income from 2018, and for the last three years I should put 2017, 2016, and 2015?

- Or do I need to just take the originally submitted Affidavit of support with income from 2013-2016; and also take with me W-2 for 2017 and current pay stubs for 2018?

3 prior years is for your tax returns you filed.  If no changes have occurred since your submission of the AOS, then you can choose to bring a copy with you however, the IO will have the original.  If there were any changes since you submitted it, then you need to bring an updated and signed AOS with supporting documents which may include: w2, letter of employment, paystubs as well as YTD income statements.
