I don't think print out of the pc will be a problem but if your married certificate is not from UAE ,then it is recommended that you get it attested,I see alot of people complaining of not getting original police clearance but I don't think that will be a problem as the embassy might have knew it that the dubai police not issuing original police clearance for now ,hope this help

yeah correct i got from online MOI,they email me i went 2016 that time can get in police station but now they change the rule u will get from MIO which is goverment.but my will expired this month so will need again? I call NMC they said any day can come befor interview they report will get ,2,3,4  working day.and it will charge 2000DH with veccination.(they asking 6 passport pics and orignal passport, interview latter,if u have any veccination bring it with, and postal adress )

i got the email version from dubai police in September last year and in 2016 I got the original from the same dubai police, since my own is still valid until September,I won t have to go to MOI because PCC is valid for one year with US embassy,I don't even think the dubai MOI can mail original to anyone for those who want to apply now,but if your PCC is still valid for one year from.the date of issuance ,you don't have to get another one for interview,US embassy will be already aware of the changes in the system

my PCC (issued by Abu Dhabi Police) says it is valid for only 3 months. I got a new one that would be valid during my interview even though US embassy guidelines say it's valid for one year.

Hi, Can you guys show me where it is mentioned in travel.state.gov or checklist that attestation is required on our any documents.

Please note: Translations must be certified by a competent translator.

Thanks,

Hi

Today i went to police station and I asked  where can i get the original  PC they said that are not issuing original PC. The email that i received that is my PC but they also if US Embassy  not accept this then go to ministry of foreign affairs  and get the stamp then PC will consider original  document.

Only marriage Cert should I attest? Because I’m planning to attest my marriage cert , birth cert and police cert... because these docs are issued in my origin country...

I tried to call Abu Dhabi US embassy to ask about this matter but it’s only an automatic voice operator.

Well, thanks for the help..

hello, this is the first time I'm hearing about attesting original documents. I know a English translation is necessary. Do you mind sharing where you saw that attestation of documents from another country is necessary?

there is no link to that but it is necessary that you get original marriage certificate attested and getting  it attested means the certificate is not a fake ,I have gone for the interview in the past and this is part of my experience

you should attest only the marriage certificate as this is the most crucial document the embassy focus mostly on,police certificate don't need attestation, birthday doesn't need it as well

I told u before but I am very sure that they won t bother you of getting it stamp as they must be been aware that the issuing process of pcc  've change but if you want to get it stamp then just visit ministry of foreign affair and get it stamp but this stamp will cost you close to 165 or more and I don't think this is vital
