So I received CC on march 19th and then the letter from NVC on june 5th that I'm in a queue awaiting an interview. Do you have to have a valid reason to apply for the expedite case? I don't know if I should do anything about it or just wait! 

Then your case complete is on June 5th.

 

I expedited the case on medical grounds ..and had to provide evidence. So yeah have to have a valid reason.

 

Expedites depends on the reason etc.

by the way, i requested to expedite based on my uae residence visa expiring soon (currently on father's sponsorship which can no longer be extended as i'm married), and it got rejected   still waiting for an interview date...................

When is ur priority date? Im waiting for an interview date too... hopefully we hear something soon.

priority date is august 9, 2016 and CC is june 8, 2017.

my interview on November 19 but i they asking photocopy of i-864 form we do not have a copy  we submitted the original one to the nvc and we didnt take a copy i feel im not ready but i will go anyway try my luck

Im not sure what is i-864 but make sure you have all the needed forms they might ask for and goodluck! I'd like to know what's your Priority date and when did they send you for an interview. Thanks much!

thanks a lot, my priority date April 2016 , my interview date was September 13 but i didn't attend the interview i changed the interview date to this date
