If your petitioner is a US citizen AND you’re CR1/IR1 you DON’T  have a priority date.   Trust me, I’ve called NVC and this information is directly from them. You don’t have a priority date because Visas for CR1/IR1 are unlimited.

So that link to check status is pointless.

The only site you should be checking is the CEAC site.

Yeah I agree I read that information in the web also that IR1/CR1 is unlimited. My husband called the NVC many times too they said the same thing “just wait it will be soon”

ur correct too one side but some say its matter even when i get email case complate from nvc they said check in visa bulliten by ur Priority Date.that what i am doing and its not even wrong i check from CEAC site stil say At NVC mean my case complate already in october 2017.i just didnt get my interview date only waiting.even my Priority Date is current already in visa bulliten.

Just don’t confuse Priority Date with Case Complete Date, those are two completely different things.

guys for CR1 and IR1, priority date and visa bulletin are NOT relevant.

If you saw the bottom of your nvc letter (noticed that received your documents) you could find priority  date.  And it mentions to the day that you applied.  For us citizen the days between pd and interview are around 1and half year. Sometimes more and sometimes less

Hi guys for those who received their interview appointment. When you go for an interview How will you arrange your pictures (proof of relationship)? Will you put in an album or a clear plastic bag?

Hello.  Our CC date is Aug. 08, 2017.  We've recently sent a request to expedite due to health reasons and it got accepted.  Now we're just waiting for the embassy to email us an interview date and instructions.  I see some beneficiaries are bringing pictures and all the forms they've initially submitted to the USCIS & NVC.  Is that necessary for a IR1 visa?  We've already submitted all of those, is it a must? or just recommended to have a stronger case?  Any advice would be great.
