I don't  think so the time process from cc date until interview is what matters.  I know lots of people who had an interview in Abu dhabi after three months waiting. I heard if your spouse was a citizen the whole process usually would take 1 and half years. Although there is an exception...

I wonder why they make spouses of citizens wait 1.5 yrs. Makes no sense. I thought citizens would get priority. Anyways, hopefully everything will go smoothly.

My husband got his interview date as well!!!! Alhamdulillah.

Our CC date May 26, 2017

Interview date on March 18, 2018.

Now just awaiting that email to double confirm it...

Congratulations everyone! Very happy to all of us. We waited for so long and been so patient! For those who are still waiting just be hopeful the day will  eventually come y’all just need to wait wait wait & have patience. Based on our timelines it seems that it takes 8-9 months for scheduling from CC date but you never know time processings may become faster and better this year!

Thank GOD for VJ and to everyone for helping going through this!

Dear Support Group Members,

I have not commented in this thread before, but have been monitoring it for many months.

Upon reading your updates from yesterday and today. We decided to call NVC, and have been informed of our interview date for March 27th :)

We encourage members with a July cc date to call in and check as well. We found a lot of support through this group and have decided to share our experience as well.
