Oh okay, I wonder if they scheduled yet in Abu Dhabi... you're gunna call NVC

I called on Friday, because I too read in some threads that they schedule before the emails are sent out. They lady picked up and she put me on a unusually long 30 sec hold ( cus usually get told right AWAY that there is nothing lol)... but yeah the hold was nothing good... she basically said the same thing we've all been hearing for the past 6 months... NOTHING!  But i do feel this week at least SOME of us should start hearing from them since last week was a shorter working week.

I thought to call next month and ask for some manager or something. Im done with calling NVC and getting the same answer.

The thing is i dont seriosly think that NVC would have an answer before the system update. When my husband was getting approved the site changed to "in process" and then email came 5 days after. I think the site is reliable.

ladies (and gents) - if you don't mind me asking, can you share PART of your case id? i looked at case ids preceding mine and some seem to be at 'Ready' while mine is 'At NVC'. mine is ABD201758XXXX.

does the order of the case ID matter?

Wow...still nothing. I am feeling so discouraged and very upset. This has been a very long wait and no info coming our way. It seems that the last interviews were all around March except for 2 that seemed to be expedited (according to the spreadsheet). Looks like no holiday for us this year. What a letdown this whole process has been. Very exasperating.

I dont think it matters much. The number after the 2017 just means the number of days into the calendar +500 that your case number was assigned. I think the critical date is your CC date. Who knows at this point. This seems absurd that we are waiting 6 months for a 5 minute interview. I cannot fathom what takes so long! It seems unbelievable.

i guess sequence of case numbers don't matter then.

ABD2017580007 is 'Ready' but others before that aren't!

edit: ABD2017580006 is 'Issued'

these are case numbers very close to mine.
