Hello all,

Good to see that there is a support group for all those waiting for the Abu Dhabi counselate. This process has been really frustrating and it kinda feels good to know that I am not alone!! My cc is June 30th and I was hoping to get december or January interview. Seeing that they just gave an April CC a date in December made me almost break down!! 8 months?? What is going on.. its just so unfair. Anyways, still keeping my fingers crossed to hear something by end of this month.

But why!? Why isnt june included lol

This is so unbelievable nd unfair to even think about it. Ughhhh

Ok so look. When you got approved in June 5th, from June 5th to July 5th is -1 month.

July- August - 2nd month

August- September -3rd....etc etc.

If you look at other time lines, recent ones im talking about, that's exactly how it works. Actually its true, think about when you start working and your probation period its calculated from the day you started to the next month as 1st month and then goes on....

So technically we are still within 6 month braket.

Does anybody else feel like crying when you realize yet ANOTHER week has passed and no word. I am going to call nvc again tonight...and ask WHY Abu Dhabi embassy takes so long to process when other countries take only days or at most, weeks. This is getting ridiculous. Is there no way to speed up this process?

They only schedule beginning and end of the month. So dont expect anything during the month.. wait until about 25th of November till 5th of December hopefully we get it within those days.. 🙏🏼

You know i wish i could tell u something different but don't waste your time calling NVC. We all called several months and they give the same answer. I emailed them and heard nothing. Get ready to wait for 6 months just to get scheduled and pray that it comes sooner!! You never know

Very true and you are right. But i think unless you actually speak to a Manager there, the operators wont say much.

Hello team Abu Dhabi,

I just called NVC, Gosh how i missed their "on hold" music <_<. Ok so the same story. Abu Dhabi gives NVC the number of slots available and NVC schedules based on the cases completed. I tried to squeeze more info but they insist on the same answer, as always.

The wait continues, happy Monday everyone
