Case placed in Nebraska Center is ok or it's bad?

so with me being April 3rd PD  and at Nebraska 

right now I am on a track for Late December to  End of January approval   

hopefully that's wrong but praying for all especially people that's been stuck since October and November

We even messed up our AOS package, we sent the wrong AOS form. We read the checklist but just to bring to interview.

 

We just sent them the documents they ask but it seems like proof of domicile they need more evidence. My USC husband and I as living together outside USA. 

 

 

oh ok ur case is similar to us we are living together out side of US I just have my DL and SSN from US nothing else.

I was confuse cuz of AOS package I thought that is only fee and  no form or package behind it .  so what did u proof for domicile ????

Texas is officially behind Nebraska .... processing applications as of Nov 2nd...

Honestly probably more like 8-10 for Nebraska. Hopefully they speed up and hey it's possible you get approved sooner. Some get lucky with this process, how none of us know but on occasion some get approved really fast

I wish only fee haha. We sent my husband's DL, Tax, Airticket each year, Phone Bill statement, bank acct in US. Still not enough i guess lol

if you were living together outside of US then what Tax did ur husband show. did he work in US?

He did work in US and working in Singapore since he moved here. He filed tax each year. Did you work while outside US or no? I am not sure what form he use (might be different form when you are in US) but he still has to pay Federal and State Tax.

No I didnt work 2016 and currently working in a board.

Nebraska has been getting progressively slower over the past year. When we filed over a year ago the average was 5 months, but we weren't approved until almost 7 months had passed. This is because by the time they get to your case, they slow down enough that the average is a month or two over what it was when you sent in the petition.

I agree with @agripa, I'm at Nebraska and as at today I'm at 198 days. From what I can tell it will be another 50-60 days (late October) before they look at my petition.

the worst than NSC or any other center is the security checks, it took us a year and 10 months to get approved due to the security checks.

I think it depends on the country, my case was in Nebraska for 2 months then was sent to NVC
