02/15/2017: Sent I-130 

02/22/2017: NOA1

03/30/2017: NOA2 YAYYYyyyyy  36 days after NOA1.. Blessed  

04/19/2017: Email from NVC

04/19/2017: DS-261 unlocked

04/21/2017: AOS paid

04/25/2017: IV paid

06/14/2017: Sent AOS Package

06/21/2017: Scan date

08/23/2017: Case Complete (9 weeks)

08/24/2017: Received automatic checklist via email from NVC to bring proof of domicile during interview. Still waiting for Interview Appointment.

08/30/2017: Received email from NVC telling that they will be schedule interview.

09/06/2017: Received email from NVC regarding Interview Date

10/25/2017: Interview Date

09/14/2017: Emailed US Embassy to cancel our interview and postpone as wife is pregnant. USEM mentioned to contact them 3 weeks prior to intended date of appointment.

Dont worry about it. My case was sent to NSC and got approved in 36 days

Absolutely. When we fall we get back up, brush the dust off and go for more. What doesn't kill us certainly makes us stronger. Got to keep smilin😀👍

Well, feel happy and blessed because if you ar not the record in IR1/CR1 visa timelapse between NOA1 and NOA2, you are really close to it!

Monday, March 19 2018 (Day 207) : USCIS RFE ´s answer was sent via post mail to NSC .

Thursday, March 22 2018 (Day 210) : Online Case Status changed to RFE´s answer was received .

Monday, April 2 2018 (Day 221) : ¡Approved! Online Case Status now shows Case was sent to Department of State.:dance::dancing:

Wednesday, April 4 2018 (Day 223) : Case Received.

Tuesday, June 5 2018 (Day 285): Case Number assigned, welcome letter received,invoice number received, DS261 filed.

Thursday, June 7 2018 (Day 287): AOS fee paid, waiting IV package fee to be unlocked to pay it.   

Thursday, June 14 2018 (Day 294): DS-261 checked and received letter, IV package fee now unlocked. 

Friday, June 15 2018 (Day 295) : IV fee paid, waiting DS-260 to be unlocked to fill it online.

That must be the fastest approval in Nebraska ever! Our PD date for NOA1 is November 7 2016, and we are still waiting for Nebraska to make a decision about our I-130... :-(

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Since November 7 you are waiting your NOA2??? :blink::blink: WOW...

Well I think that you may be extremely close to receive NOA2, don't worry (it's easy to say it) but hard to feel it, but trust, your case should move forward extremely fast!!!

Since November 7 you are waiting your NOA2??? :blink::blink: WOW...

Well I think that you may be extremely close to receive NOA2, don't worry (it's easy to say it) but hard to feel it, but trust, your case should move forward extremely fast!!! 

I know, it is driving me absolutely crazy.. My husband has contacted USCIS many many times by phone, and we also asked our representative for help, they did an official inquiry. Still USCIS had no new for us... they could not tell us what is causing the delay and how long it will be. I hope you are right about being close! Thank you!

November 7th of last year and still waiting for the decision/NOA2? did you get RFE?

It is not the same for everyone. There are people who are approved in 6-8 months. But there are also more people from November who did not get approved (I am also following the November I-130 filers thread on VJ).
