Hello guys,

I am filling my AOS now and have several questions regarding the address and employment history.

On the form I-485, there is a part for additional information, but it is not enough for the complete addresses or the employment history. So I included an additional attachment sheet for all the addresses and the employment history titled as "Attachment to I-485." Then I wrote on the additional information part in the form "See attachment." The same way that many formatted the old G-325A . On the additional information form it asks for the Page number, Part number and Item number. Unfortunately, I do not know what I should write as the Item number on the additional form because it covers several different sections (example: 5:a-d...). What should I do about this?

I have another question about part 1 item number 23.c, status on form I-94 (for example, class of admission, or paroled of paroled). I wanted to write class of admission K1 but the form will not let me write "K1" in the box provided. To be technical, the box will allow me to write K, but then refuses to insert "1" in the form.  Is it enough to write class of admission or should I write just K?

To save yourself some time, you can make copies of Page 18 and input all the details you need.

For item number, you can list it as Item 5a - d OR Item 5.

For 23c, you can input it as K visa.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

Hi! Have the same problem in typing numerical characters, so did you put "K Visa"? Any updates in your application?
