Different address

I have different address in the past 5 years. I lived an apartment for  8 years till early 2016. Then I have to move in with my sister to help her in early 2016. During the a year so I moved 3 times to different unit on the same building. How do I go about in putting the address in 130a?

 

1 Address  (Current) Unit 3 - 2017  (less than a month) new place my sister moved in 

2 Address  Unit 2  - 2017 (3 months ) (unit my husband rented when he came over to see me luckily there was available unit in building where I am currently staying) 

 

3 Address - Unit 1  - 2016 -2017 (1 year  and 1 month) my sister place 

 

Note: Unit 1-3 are in the same building but different unit. 

 

4 Address - Different place - 8 years - 2007-2016

 

Please advise.

Being that the first three are all at the "same address" I lean towards only listing the "current address", then list address 4
