Hi Everyone!

I thought it might be helpful to start a group for all of us who filed this month so we can keep track and keep each other company while we wait! 

My husband and I were married in Tbilisi, Georgia after being denied the K1 visa. We are feeling much more positive now. We had an issue with my name being on a former lease ( long story) which caused a huge conflict. They stated this was the reason for the denial because they felt I was not being honest. It was cleared up finally and they accepted my proof but they still denied us. They said they did not believe I would marry him when he arrived. It was BS if you ask me but...we did not give up!

Hoping for a better outcome and for patience to wait during this longer process!!

Day 385 (1/23/19) Denied

Day 400 (2/7/19) Denial revoked; N-400 approved; oath ceremony set for 2/14/19

Day 407 (2/14/19) Oath ceremony in Dallas, TX
