How long did it take to get passport after Status changes to ISSUED?

Hello,

I had my interview on the 7th of August 2017 and we got approved. I know the embassy in Venezuela is taking more time to finish cases because shortage of staff. But my case was changed to ISSUED on the 23. I'm just wondering how much longer I have to wait to get my passport? Does ISSUED mean that the case is closed? Any Venezuela K1 visa filers can help me? We are just excited to get this process over with and finally be with each other (we filed for our K1 in November 2016) Thank you! ☺️

Tuve mi entrevista el 7 de agosto de 2017 y nos aprobaron. Sé que la embajada en Venezuela está tomando más tiempo para terminar los casos debido a la escasez de personal. Pero mi caso fue cambiado a ISSUED el 23. Mi pregunta es cuánto tiempo más tengo que esperar para obtener mi pasaporte? ¿El ISSUED significa que el caso está cerrado? ¿Pueden ayudarme los solicitantes de visas de Venezuela K1? Estamos emocionados de tenerminar con este proceso y finalmente estar juntos (empezamos con el K1 en noviembre de 2016) Gracias! ☺️

Yes, when the status is shown as "ISSUED" then congrats  ....you might also see a note under the status that your visa is under final processing and you will receive your passport within 10 days. You will receive a e-mail saying your passport is ready for pick-up or getting delivered to your address.
