Were they included on the petition?

 

Or were they born after the petition started? 

 

Do you have permission from their birth father to remove them from the country permanently?

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

 

Now a US citizen!

Yes you can bring the kids with you. You should have notify nvc about the births and they would have been added to your petition. By adding them now after submitting ds260 may cause a delay. Now that you want to add the kids you will need a different aos to be  filed to make sure your parent can suppose all or you're going to need a joint sponsor. You will need to pay the $325 for each child.

Including them on the form is just stating that you got children. You need to inform nvc and include their birth certificate and bio page from passport and redo the aos to include them. Then you can pay $325 for each and fill out their ds260 too.
