Vaccination Requirements??

I have done quite a few searches and have not found current "logical" vaccine required for immigration.  Does anyone have current knowledge required vaccines??

 

I found this list but it seems a little crazy.

 

Mumps

Measles

Rubella

Polio

Tetanus and diphtheria  ????

Pertussis

Haemophilus influenzae type B (Hib)

Hepatitis A

Hepatitis B

Rotavirus  ???

Meningococcal disease  ???

Varicella

Pneumococcal disease  ????

Seasonal influenza  ????

 

I put question marks next to those I feel are little over the top to require.

 

Or does the US government really require all these.  I am having my fiance do these even though I received NOA1 early this month.  I remembered before going back to VN in 2007 I had one or a couple vaccines that required a second visit after an amount of time like  Hepatitis vaccine.

Yes, the DS-3025 (medical document) needs to have all the above marked appropriately. For example look at my medical report above....
