How much time is given to pay for GreenCard Fee

My wife received letters the second one saying this is the final notice to remind us to pay $220 for the Green Card Fee. How much time do they give people to pay the fee? 

We did the Spouse Visa through the DCF Process from Manila, Philippines and we are currently in USA.
