Absolutely. But you have to wait like others and follow the game rules. Remember that immigration is not a right, it's a privilege. And you're not better than other people who applied before you and have been waiting for years already. Why others should wait 12+ years to immigrate while you should not? Give me any reason why.

I did not say that I have a privilege. I asked alternatives of getting my brother here sooner. Please, pay attention before criticizing.

Actually, there is a bill being mooted that will limit legal immigration by half. If passed, and this might be a fairly large if, spouses and minor children are not to be affected. It would eliminate the preference for siblings and adult children.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

We all have ties to family, one of the factors to take into consideration when moving, obviously they can not be that strong otherwise you would not have moved half way around the world.

Immigration is not Burger King.

Actually Boiler is correct. No mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, etc and no DV Lottery.

So let me tell you this again then: no, there's no way that you can bring your brother to the US faster than the current waiting time which is 12-14 years. Unless he won a greencard lottery.

Please, real answers not showing yourself smarter by trying to belittle someone for leaving their country and not thinking about having the ties or not to your family. We have passed that game in high school.

Again, I need an advice from somebody who really knows the answer to my question.

But you were asking how to bypass the normal waiting period....."To keep him here"..."once he arrives".

You really need to read the replies.

Get an internal transfer with his current Employer is by far the easiest.

You've been given the answer...if you don't like the answer, you can hire an attorney who will be glad to take your money and probably tell you what others here already have.

Good Luck in your journey.
