In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Most people I have met have been transferred by their Employers to the US, that would be the best option.

 

Presumably he can also enter the lottery.

As others have said its the law, not his personal views.

And? America is about family and all families miss their parents, children, siblings, it's so natural to wish to bring the family members for better life and opportunities. Not easy yet we all are human

I can not think of any first world countries that do, not sure if there is any at all but a lot of Countries.

 

One of the things that is supposed to be chopped with Comprehensive Immigration Reform.

I can only speak for myself and it never occurred to me that I could sponsor my Brother, the logic escapes me.

 

My impression was that I was not alone.

The reform you are referring to is related to illegals.

No, honey you are one of the minorities. I am a human I have strong ties and feelings to my family and it is natural.

Yes yes and yes! We are all a human! If someone wants their family here there is nothing wrong with that as long as they do what they supposed to do and earn a chance to live in the country they want by following their guidelines. It's not the same as crossing the border for free.

I didn't tell her to not to post I need an advice and not a personal view about foreigner staking away jobs. Please, read before posting not to be rude.
