Chances of K2 visa approval for a 20 yr old daughter

Hi, We will be sending in our Fiancé Visa Application in Sept 2017. My question is what are the chances of approval for a K2 visa for my children ages 13, 16, and 20? My 20 yr old daughter is in senior year in college and she will be 21 yrs old on August 2, 2018.

 

If her K2 visa will be denied, what are my other options so that she can be with me in the US?

she will be approved as long as she is 20 years old, the problem is that she has to enter the country before she turns 21

 

if not, then once you become a LPR, you can file for her

Down to the wire. It can easily take 8 months to get the whole process approved Possibly more. If you file right now and don't run into any problems whatsoever, your daughter will squeak by with about 4 months to spare before her birthday.

 

Don't delay.

 

My only question would be: If she's in the US with a K2 and turns 21, is she still eligible for adjustment of status? Only the USCIS can answer this one.

Just received a visa for my 20 year old , we are heading  to the US tomorrow .  We cut it close as she turns 21 in oct .
