any more VJ-ers from Minnesota field office ?

I will be, I can apply under the 3 year rule in November. I'm watching this thread keenly, hoping it won't take over a year. My kiddo turns 18 Sept 2020, it would be nice if he got it through me and not have to wait until 2022 to apply himself.

Got the notification from USCIS today that an interview date for my wife has been set. Now we wait for the letter. I'm very surprised, as she had literally logged in earlier today and it still said the estimated time of completion was still June 2020. We live in the Minneapolis suburbs, for reference.

Congratulations! When did she file her application? I applied in April and eagerly awaiting my interview. I live in ND. My estimated wait time shows 7 months and estimated completion time shows June 2020. What does her wait time show?

Thanks! She filed March 31 of this year and her estimated wait time (earlier today) was 8 months. It showed June 2020 for estimated completion time. Not sure what it's saying now that the interview letter has gone out. Hopefully you hear something soon!

Thank you 🙏

I am really hoping I get my interview gets scheduled this year. As per trend, I should get my interview notice in November and interview in December. But you never know with the uscis timing. Also, I have heard processing for ND applicants is slower.

I also live in ND. I applied in August 2018, yet to be interviewed. My estimated completion date is October 2019. Cases in Minnesota are processed faster.

It's worse to be in ND. as I said, I applied in August 2018, interview is not scheduled.

That’s scary to hear. I thought few applications are anomaly from ND that didn’t receive interview notice, but if that’s the trend, it’s worrying. I was in MN before I applied but applied for my N400 after I moved to ND. That sucks.
