Looking at the trend in North Dakota, you may have your oath ceremony in first quarter of 2020. If you are lucky, then it could be end of this year. I submitted my application on August 11, 2018 and I'm still waiting

What is the estimated wait time and case completion time on yours? Hope you get your interview scheduled soon :)

My interview is not scheduled. My case completion time is February 2020. Estimated wait time is 7 months.

One of the best ways to get a handle on processing times and intermediate times on your journey is to use the google spreadsheet below. The times that are shown on the USCIS websites are misleading as they show the median/ 50% and 93% processing times. We often see times that approximate or even better than the 50% mark. The spreadsheet also shows that some people especially from Western Wisconsin seem to do much better. Not sure if the Dakotas have the same advantage, but when my wife had her interview, I noticed 50+ people waiting for same day oath, and presumably they were not from Minnesota, but from Wisconsin and/or Dakotas.

Good luck

@BruceW Thanks for sharing the spreadsheet.

North Dakota has same day oath ceremony? Or only few from ND have it? What does it depend on?

Here's an update. Got RFE post interview in March. Before and after interview myuscis has said estimated completion time December 2019. Today when I logged in it now says estimated completion time July 2019 and also a little message saying "we are taking longer than normal to process your case. You do not need to do anything at this time."

Hi everyone!

How accurate is the estimated case completion time shown in the online account? Mine was 19 months and it changed to 13 months yesterday. Not sure what factors impact this and how it’s calculated.

I applied for n400 in April 2019, done with biometrics. I fall under MN field office.

Come post over in our separate Northern MN and ND thread. The people in this thread from Southern MN have no idea what our processing times are like, i.e. long.  My husband has his interview this week, more than 15 months after filing. Oath ceremony a few months after that, hopefully.

The spreadsheet is also useless for us.

I just got the notification via email this morning. Haven’t gotten the actual letter in the mail yet, so I’m not sure when my interview will be, but I’m excited!

Did you get your interview date. It would be helpful if you could add it to the spread sheet.

Thanks in advance
