I had the tax transcripts of my returns downloaded from the IRS site.  When I applied in '18, I supplied them for tax years 2016 and prior (as I hadn't submitted 2017).

I downloaded 2017 & 2018 for the interview to demonstrate that we didn't owe the government any money (we have been due refunds every year).  I have the PDF if they need it.

When you demonstrated them did they take them at your interview or just look at them?

Our interview was March 5th.The taxes we brought to interview and submitted as response to RFE was transcripts 2014,2015,2016, and 2017. The 2018 taxes hadn't been processed by IRS yet but they were already submitted. So we supplied our client copy from HR block we brought it to interview and submitted it to RFE. Think this will be good enough? Will they be satisfied with a client copy?

Hey guys. Just got a notification that my interview has been scheduled and letter has been mailed. Estimated completion date is still April 2020 ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ . Looking at the responses I should get the letter within 7 days or so. Fingers crossed.

Hey Congratulations. update the excel sheet with the info if you can.

Also did you apply 90 days before the actual date of meeting your 3/5 year requirement

I offered them, but she didn't even look at them, let alone take them.  She didn't look at anything in the folder I brought along.

I received notification today that I was approved, and that i was in line for the oath ceremony - so now the "my.uscis.gov" says approved and they are scheduling my oath ceremony, and my "egov.uscis.gov" account says my case was submitted for quality review.

This is good enough for me!  I consider this approved and will await the oath ceremony.

I hope everybody else gets interviews as pleasant as mine.

I suspect this is because, like us, you already had ROC approved a while ago.

People who are doing these joint interviews are going to have to expect something different.

For those that did joint interviews, how did you know it was joint? Did you ask them or did they tell you?

For my husband they just said we are doing N400 and ROC today. Did the civics test, English test, then asking relationship questions at the end. Each IO will do it in a different order. In the end they give you a paper saying they are approving your ROC and then a separate one for N400.

BTW the interview letter won't mention the ROC but if you have a pending ROC it will be joint interview.

Hey guys, sad to see estimated time range for MSP field office has been updated 17.5 to 33 months :( :( :(

I wish they would show a time range for N400 RFEs post interview. Me and another VJ member who is also from MN are in this predicament. Hers was in early Feb and ours in early March. We are both still waiting with no updates. I also know a VJ member from PA who got a RFE post N400 interview; a week after she submitted her response her oath was scheduled.

Thanks! My husbands interview is a week from tomorrow. He was wondering if he needed to mention to them he has a pending ROC, but it sounds like they will automatically do it. I am going with just in case I am needed from the ROC. Hopefully I won’t be, but better prepared than not.

I wasn't needed but most of the time they do want to interview the spouse. So go with for sure.

yeah, I am having difficulty relating this to our spreadsheet. If I take the ones which have completed since the start of the year, they took from 397 days (13.1 months) to 432 days (14.2 months) with an average of 413 days (13.6 months). Now some people who haven't yet got their dates may be longer, but this gives everyone hope that it will be shorter than what they say, vs all applicants for MSP.

Probably depends on the locale. It will be close to 16 months from filing to interview for my husband, plus however long to an oath. With how they are treating us outstate folk, that could be another half a year.  It actually fits in with the original timeframe they gave us in March 2018 of 16-22 months.
