I got my oath ceremony notice this morning and my letter was loaded on the site already.

So roughly 2 months from interview until oath ceremony. I interviewed 2/27 my ceremony is 4/22.

Almost done!

My letter hasn't uploaded on myuscis account yet. Hopefully it will by tomorrow. I interviewed on 2/25... so i think its fair i guess we will be in the same oath ceremony on 4/22.

You can put us on there if you want. But we are an unusual case with a N400 RFE post interview. No idea when our case will be adjudicated.

If our RFE response is pending over 120 days we can do a writ of mandamus.

I wonder if we'll receive a status update when they approve the RFE or if it'll just change to in line for oath. Status says as of 3/15 My response to USCIS request for evidence was received.

hi everybody , hope you all ready to spend a nice weekend.

i have couple questions.

has anybody experienced or heard a denial in n400 due to requirement of 3 months residency in uscis district?  In general, does anybody know if  there is any different timeline if you reapplied after a denial in MSP office?

response would be very appreciated.

thanks

Why do that? I think that's for situations where you can't produce what they're asking for and don't want the denial to impact a future filing.

Are you sure you can't still re-file even after a denial?  But also it seems incredibly unlikely you would be denied, as they approved your I-751 without issue. The evidence requirements are more extensive for that application.  Also in that RFE letter you posted it says 'may include but is not limited to'. It doesn't say 'must' include.

If I was in your situation I would consult with my lawyer before proceeding. Or try an InfoPass appointment? You'll lose your filing fee and countless hours of prep time if you withdraw.

It also says we strongly recommend you provide all requested info. And says if you only provide some adjudication will be based on its merits. The initial N400 application didn't say any of this. We don't have joint checking or w2s lying around. Hopefully this doesn't result in denial.

Yes, this is one of the main denial reasons.  Per the Federal Regulations (https://www.ecfr.gov/cgi-bin/text-idx?&node=se8.1.316_12):

(5) Immediately preceding the filing of an application, or immediately preceding the examination on the application if the application was filed early pursuant to section 334(a) of the Act and the three month period falls within the required period of residence under section 316(a) or 319(a) of the Act, has resided, as defined under §316.5, for at least three months in a State or Service district having jurisdiction over the applicant's actual place of residence;

Quite sure that re-applying after a denial just sends you to the bottom of the pile.

thank you @birchscott for response.
I have reapplied N400 in SEP 2018 after having denial in July 2018.
I was just wondering if I should expect interview with the SEP 2018 filers or if it could get additional delay because of the first denial.

Why were you denied?
