Agree! That means he/she didn’t know what they were doing. You carried all the docs you had but he ignored them and later, they sent RFE. That’s messed up! Hang in there, you are already at the end of this journey.

Lawyer says he doesn't think it'll take long for them to respond to our RFE response. But from what I read it can take almost a year.

I don’t think it’s going to take one year for USCIS to respond to RFE. Your case is already being assigned to an IO. You should hear from them within weeks regarding the RFE.

Also did you ask your lawyer if you can mail in additional evidence to the field office?

The USCIS website specifically said you only have one opportunity to submit evidence. And when I clicked submit it said are you sure you want to proceed this is your only opportunity to submit evidence? So that sounds like a no to me. Also on the myuscis profile there's a button to submit "Unsolicited evidence" that the IO is not obligated to look at.

I have the feeling that you will be fine. The IO that interviewed your hubby just messed up things. You will go through this successfully. We are praying for you.

Thanks. I just saw a thing on Avvo saying a RFE after citizenship interview is said it can take up to a year. And seeing how MN is a field office that's always backed up...

Anybody received there oath notice from Minneapolis/St.Paul Field office? Been inline for oath since March 4th..Today is exactly two weeks 🙄..Hopefully i hear something soon.

Had my interview on  March 11th. No oath notice yet
