Had my oath ceremony today (yay!)

Following the advice, I parked at the Kellogg square parking ramp and walked to the building. The time printed on the paper was actually not the oath ceremony time but to make sure to have the people come in early enough to get ready for the ceremony. My time was 10:45am on the paper, but when I went to the courthouse, the program said the ceremony is at 11:30am. I arrived around 10am to be rather on the early side, so ended up waiting quite a bit of time.

It was a small and intimate ceremony and generally very pleasant. I am sharing this time here because I did not expect the ceremony to begin at 11:30 so I cleared out my morning but had a meeting scheduled at 1pm and had to be back to work before then. I did not anticipate that I'd need to be there that long. I was able to make it fine but I had to rush out of the courtroom after I received the certificate without enjoying the time afterwards to take pictures etc.

Anyways, now to get the passport and social security updates :)

Good luck to you all!

big congrats !

I just happened to notice in Case Tracker app that our interview has been scheduled!  The notice isn't on the My USCIS site yet or in my USPS Informed Delivery Digest, but hopefully I'll know the date soon!

A nice Christmas present from Uncle Sam!

First lucky '18 filer! You are a week ahead of me (and 4 others), hopefully this won't turn into 4 months of waiting.

Alright peeps. I got some news on my case. I truly hope this brings more hope than anger for some of you that are waiting.

Applied for N-400 in June/2018. This week I got an interview letter schedule for January/2019. I will update my timeline soon.

I have a question, though. This week I got a series of updates after a very long time. I have a I-751 pending (since June/2017), and it says it was transferred to another office and it has now jurisdiction over my case. Then, 10 minutes later, I got a e-mail with the interview notice. One day later, the interview date was uploaded. Have anybody here had experience with combo interviews, or having a N-400 with I-751 pending in Minneapolis?

the letter you receive will specify the case you will be interviewed for. if the interview is not for N400 (considering you filed in 06/2018), you can ask the officer for the status as well.

Congrats @Filya, do you have a pending I-751 as well? I'm wondering because i am a FEB 2018 filer as well.

Nope, just N-400 alone.

For science and since you seem curious on this line: Filya has a priority date of, I think, 2/2/2018 and we have 3/2/2018.  The 2/2 was 90 days before and ours was 45 days before the 5 year. So, it probably has no relevance at what point in the window one files.
