I've found this particular system is very slow to update.  I get mine through https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ - the one above still says my biometrics is being scheduled (when it was completed in May), whereas the MyAccount system states that my biometrics have been received and are under review.

 

Caveat:  I filed online, and it's possible that the MyAccount.USCIS.gov option isn't available to people that filed a paper version.

i dont take the processing time window seriously. They always give bigger numbers to avoid the lawsuit (you can't sue USCIS while your case is within the processing window)

I ve been following you since a couple months now

I just submit my N-400 for my wife and I online today.

My N400 Timeline

 

- August 18,2018 :  Case Received

- September 10, 2018 : Biometrics

- May 28th 2019 : Interview Update online

- June 3rd  2019 : Interview Letter Received

- July 3rd 2019  : Interview Day

My wife and I had a stamp request InfoPass appointment at the Minneapolis Service Center last week. Just wanted to share what the agent told me about this Service Center being only 50% staffed and experiencing lots of turnover/"new faces". Their hiring can't compete with that of the private sector and Minneapolis is a tight job market. She predicted another year for our case, with I-751 pending since 06/2016 and N-400 since 01/2018.

the staff number at Mlps field office is seriously not matching the application workload from 3.5 states. USCIS should do something to change this situation.

North Dakota and south Dakota should have field office separated from Mlps office.

I also got an email notification on 8/17 saying the interview was scheduled, waiting for the letter. 

Judging by their pace, we were probably the two cases that USCIS MSP office processed last week.

This might be another novice question, but which website is the PDF available on? Is it something available for online filers only? I did a paper filing.

I generally use this one to check my case status and have an online account on it: https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do
