@Hydigal No interview after 16 months. I was keenly waiting for the 'date for case inquiry' to reach August 12 2018, then all of a sudden it has gone back to February 2018.

I called today and agent seems not to believe me when I told her the processing times  retrograde from july 29 to February.

My N400 Timeline

- August 18,2018 :  Case Received

- September 10, 2018 : Biometrics

- May 28th 2019 : Interview Update online

- June 3rd  2019 : Interview Letter Received

- July 3rd 2019  : Interview Day

It's crazy! they just do that to cover their inefficiencies. Now I have no ground to inquire about my case.

I feel for you buddy. I applied six months after you applied and have no hopes at this point about my interview getting scheduled by June (my online application wait time is 5 months which is proven to be inaccurate for ND). I am praying that you should get your interview soon. 16 months is an unreasonable wait. Have you contacted your congressman? What did USCIS officer say when you called them?
Current backlog shows March 03, 2018 as of today.

@Hydigal Thanks. I havnt contacted any of them yet. When I contact USCIS, they say my case is in a system that schedules interviews. I guess it's not my turn yet for interview.

If it makes you feel any better, I got the same response when I inquired about my case around November and I ended up getting scheduled for an interview a little less than a month later. Having said that, given that you're based in ND chances are your wait time might be a little longer and hopefully this means you're in the queue waiting for the next slot to open up.

@Eva_Joseph I compared your timeline to mine. I applied in August 2018, still no interview. Those of us in ND have longer timeline.

@Citizendan I can’t believe your interview is still not scheduled. Did someone else apply from ND after you and get their interview notice?

@Hydigal Not that I know of. Another applicant in late August 2018 is yet to get interview notice. I applied earlier than him. This is an ND thing.
