Just got notification that I have been scheduled for an interview. Don't know the date yet but I'm just surprised I got an interview appointment this fast since I filed n400 on June 16th, 2019 and so it's only been 6 months between the filing date and when my interview was scheduled. I suppose the MN field office is picking up the pace now.

Congrats! I filed in August 2018, yet to get interview date

You are probably schedule for either January 14th ceremony at the St. Paul River Centre or for the January 25th ceremony at the Mall of America.

I'm scheduled for an interview and not the oath ceremony. I still got some ways to go before I can even think of the oath schedule.

I think so. Is your case not completed yet?

Not yet, 6 months after the interview nothing change. I reach out to congress representatives, ombudsman, but nothing, I called friday, and the agent said the supervisor have completed  the review of  my case a long time ago, and he doesn't know why I m not scheduled for oath ceremony yet.

@Citizendan Thank you! I'm wondering though, how in the world is your case still pending after all this time? Is your case stuck in background check, name check or is USCIS really that indifferent to you fine people of ND?

USCIS has no regard for ND applicant. Ive contacted them twice, they say I'm in line for interview, which never comes.

Maybe the reviewer forgot to do his job

That's just rough. I feel like waiting for an interview appointment for well over a year and a half is downright negligible. Interestingly enough, I almost moved to ND last year for a job and it fell through at the end but I'm glad I dodged that bullet given the horrendous wait times you guys are having to endure.  Hopefully you'll get your interview soon.

I don't think it has anything to do with being indifferent towards us ND folks though it may seem that way. I think it's a question of the amount of employees, the amount of applications in our area, and priority to the type of application. It might be background check stuff too and other unseen things. No one can say. Remember they aren't just doing citizenship apps but other ones too like green-card interviews.

We file then we wait. and wait. and wait. That's it. That's how it has always been with every single step of this immigration process.

Hope you all have a great Christmas and New Years!

It seems like it. Because even all the requests from the senators, my self, i did not get any response. He or she just waiting for my case to get into outside normal processing time which is in 3 weeks.

The receipt date for case inquiry has changed from July 2018 to February 2018. This is a big blow to inquire about our case.

@CitizendanI saw that. It's ridiculous. Last week it was July 22nd. I was thinking about your application when I saw the time jump from 11.5 to 17.5 to 11 to 22 months. You have been waiting for interview for 16 months and nothing yet?

@Hydigal No interview after 16 months. I was keenly waiting for the 'date for case inquiry' to reach August 12 2018, then all of a sudden it has gone back to February 2018.
