Processing time for adjustment of status at fort hood

My husband is based at fort hood in Texas and we are filing for adjustment of status from there. We were told that uscis comes there every 3rd Tuesday of each month to do biometrics, interviews and to help with your paperwork if you have questions or need assistance. I was wondering if anyone in here is familiar with this and is able to provide me with any information about this?
