Hello everybody !

I recieved our NOA1 on May 12,2017.

It is almost September and we still have not recieved our NOA2 .

The USCIS web site says they are processing 129F's from February 1, 2017, and here on visa journey it says they are processing NOA1-NOA2 for April 18,2017 and May 31, 2017.

What is the correct processing time for 129F from when you recieve NOA1 until you receive NOA2?  I am a bit confused on how to read these charts accurately so any insight would be greatly appreciated .

My friend recieved his NOA2 in only 32 days back in October of 2016!

How much longer should I wait until I submit an inquiry with USCIS and also call them ?

Is this normal right now for this to be taking such a long time ?

My fiancee and I are really depressed at how long this is taking , we want to start our life together and this is taking much longer than we expected . We chose to do fiancé visa because we thought it would be a much shorter wait time but obviously we were wrong .

Does this long delay in us receiving our NOA2 have anything to do with her being Russian ?

The United States has suspended giving visas to Russian citizens because of the bad relations between the two countries .

What should I do ?

Thanks for taking the time to read my post and any advice would be much appreciated .

Hi there,

I received my NOA1 on May 08, 2017. I haven t received anything yet and it is annoying and frustrating, especially when I read that some have applied after us and have already received theirs. It has been days since your post, so I hope you have received your NOA2 by now. If not, best of luck to us all.
