I feel sorry for you and wish there was some kind of emergency visa. I guess a year or two back, there was this lady who was ongoing CR1 or K1 visa (can't remember) and during that span, her American husband died on Motorcycle crash. She tried a lot to be present at the funeral and we all (VJ members) tried helping her out with info but embassy refused her visa.

You can file for your sister and she can come in about 23 years.  That is the best path available for a long term visa at the current moment.  I know when I was sick my sister was going to send me to the Philippines for treatment if my insurance refused the cost in the US.   What was about 120000 here was going to be 300 there.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Friend of mine just came back from Mexico having had dental treatment, save a packet and a free holiday.

once again wishing you strength and hoping you get through this nightmare.  You will look back and one day and be proud of your strength at surviving this.

If your sister's B2 visa does not come through, perhaps as suggested on here it will be best for you to treat yourself in the Philippines.
