Hiya Everyone,

Recently I got engaged when I was overseas.  My fiance is overseas and I want to bring her to the U.S.  What would be the fastest way to bring her here?  Should I bring her on K1 as a fiance or K3 as a spouse?

Thank You in Advance

K3 is out of the picture because it is hardly given out at all. If you do file for the K3 visa then more than likely it will changed to the CR-1 visa and that timeframe is about 12 months. The K1 visa is the fastest way to bring her here to the USA as a fiance visa
