G-325A Form Expired

I'm filling up the G-325A and the form available to download on the website is expired. What to do?

The G-325a is no longer needed because the biographic information has been included in the I-129F. Make sure you're using the most updated version of the I-129F:

Yup, it's no longer needed. Second, that's the OMB expiration date, which only applies to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for a comment period.

Hey OP! The G-325A is not required anymore. 

 

Just to share with you, when you download and complete a USCIS form, always check what edition date is accepted. The expiry date of each form is for their internal use only and applicants should not refer to the expiry date at all. 

 

All the best with your application! Make sure to include all the required documents and other supporting evidence that would substantiate your petition. Current fee is $535 and the check or money order should be drawn on a US entity. Payee's name should be U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
