I tracked my case yesterday and I found this

On August 24, 2017, the Post Office returned a notice we sent you for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxxxxx, because they could not deliver it.

This could have a serious effect on your case.

Please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice immediately.

If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

on the 19th I received a notice of receipt for I 485 and the biometric fee has been cashed and also found another envelop in it showing that the evenlope was sent back to NBC on 10th of august.. could that be the same mail was the one I just received back in my mailon the 19th and it's just giving me a notice of failed delivery or could it be another mail .

i tried to call the customer care but they could not provide much information instead I got an email that for further inquiry I should book an appoint with info pass.. pls I'm confused. Any opinion please ??
