Hello!

I have a few last questions about filling I-129F, and if anyone can help me out, it would be really helpful!!

1. I know that A-Number is the same as USCIS #, and I thought I figured out all of this, but now I am a little worried. I was in the states as an international student, so I had an F1 visa. After graduating from college, I applied for OPT, and got Employment Authorization Card. This card was expired on July 12th, 2017.  (Just FYI: I came back to Japan before the card was expired.) There is USCIS # on my Employment Authorization Card, but does anyone know if this USCIS # (which I believe the same as an A-Number) is still valid even after the card is expired? Do you think I can put this number as my A-Number on I-129F?

2. This is the question about Page# 8, Item number 51 on I-129F. I tried to find the answer here, but couldn't find the exact answer, so please forgive me for asking the quite repetitive question on this website.. The question of Item number 51 is " Is your fiance related to you?" I am confused because of the selections of the answer which is "Yes," "No," and "N/A, Beneficiary is my spouse." I am not related to my fiance, so I know the answer is not "Yes" for sure. But my questions is if I should choose "no" or "N/A, Beneficiary is my spouse." I am his finace, and not his spouse "yet" so can I simply choose "No" ??

3. This is my another concern.. I have a lot of different jobs past five years only because I changed my job every time I went back to my country during the school breaks. I also had a multiple different employments in the states since I was a performer and each gig was a short term employment (I had some gigs that hired me for a day or two days, and I paid tax). So I made the list by Word that is easy to read/understand my employment history, and it became 8 pages long.. The length shouldn't be an issue since I am writing the truth, right..?

I am for sure a little bit paranoid about the process, and I am probably worried about too little thing. But since there are a lot of people who are going through or went through this process, any advice is appreciated!

Thank you so much for reading my questions!

1) Each person only has one A-number. Therefore, input that USCIS number that's found on your EAD.

2) Answer is 'No'.

3) If those jobs are within the last 5 years then just submit those pages that you have prepared. Make sure to list your name, A-number, Page-Part-Item Number and sign on each of those pages.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

Hello! Thank you so much for your response. I am soooo close to send my materials to my fiance in the US..... I wasn't worried about this, but of course, now I am starting to doubt everything that I thought I have understood...

One more question for you!! I have been to the US and have I-94 records, but since they said "if your beneficiary is currently in the US, provide the I-94 number, passport number, and etc," I don't have to provide these information, right? May I just put N/A to all these section? (It is Page 6-7, Item numbers 38.a.-38.h. ) I am back to Japan now, not currently in the US.

N/A would work just fine :)

As for I-94 records, you can provide them to prove the times that you were in the US, met and spent time with your fiance. Also, provide a copy of the passport pages with your US passport stamps. Those can't be as easily faked as flight itineraries and boarding passes.
