How can retired person fill form i-134

Hello everyone,

 

I just had my medical exam yesterday and I am going to set date for my interview. Before that I want to ask if anyone had someone retired for their "affidavit of support". First problem is, there is no section that my sponsor can state he is retired. Part 3 is all about "Employment Information" how can a retired person fill this form?

 

In i-864 there is a checkbox where you can say that you are retired but not in i-134.

 

I also want to ask, let's assume i didn't use co-sponsor for my i-134 to get my k-1 visa. Can I add co-sponsor to my case when i am applying to i-864 for Green Card? Or you can't add co-sponsor in i-864 just because you got your visa without a sponsor? Or are they completely irrelevant forms and you can add sponsor which ever you want.

For the first question, I'll refer to this thread for some guidance:

As for the I-134 vs I-864...

They're different forms and processes. You can use no sponsor for the I-134 then use a joint sponsor for the I-864 later just fine. Or you can use one co sponsor for the I-134 and a different joint sponsor for the I-864. The I-864 is the legally binding & enforceable one.
