Can you clarify - you won the DV and even though you were married at the time, you came to the US on your own and now you want to sponsor your husband? If I understand correctly that this is the case, then your method of getting the green card (DV) is now irrelevant and it is a normal spouse of LPR visa you need to file. (... in which case this isn't actually the correct forum).

Hello sir, i am asking question about selectee and Cut off?

all of ds 260 form completed winners will be schedule to interview?

or they was limited winners?

Are you asking about DV2017? Winners were limited for Egypt and Nepal (maximum case numbers in September visa bulletin). Everyone else would have been scheduled provided the DS260s were received in time to be processed. If you have a valid DV 2017 case number, have submitted a DS260 but have not yet received an interview notification I suggest you urgently call KCC.

If you're DV2018 then DV2017 has no bearing on your case.

i suggest you browse the britsimonsays website as it has a lot of explanation about how DV works, case numbers, how case numbers relate to the number of selectees (one case number can represent more than one person if it's a family), who gets scheduled etc - I am sure it will answer all your questions.

Ok sir, what is the meaning of "Current status"

can yo explain it clearly ?

Did you go to the website I referred you to the other day? It explains that clearly along with everything else you asked about. If the info is all clear and readily available I don't see a need to reproduce it all over again...
