Hi! How long it would takes from NVC to Manila USEM to receive my packet. I've check my case and it still at NVC since 8/22. Any idea?

From your scan date at NVC allow 11 weeks, then add around 6 weeks for an interview date in Manila.-- Rough estimate from NVC to Manila 16 to 17 weeks. If you have no issues with the review of your documents.

Mine took 6 days..from NVC receipt to embassy receipt....

Thank you! Are you done with your Medical? I'm waiting for the ready status before I scheduled interview and Medical.

Schedule the medical as soon as you get the MNL number!!!  Why wait?  It is good for 6 months and it will be one less thing to worry about later.  

 

Actually, in my case I may be spoiled since my future asawa lives in metro Manilla.  I already booked her GCP at the CFO.  That is good to get out of the way too.  She needed police certificates from Korea and Ireland and both are completed an on the way.  We will set up medical as soon as we get the MNL number so the only think left to do will be the Peer Counseling at CFO for her kids.  

 

I am hoping to get them on a plane as soon as the pick up their visas at 2GO MOA and complete the peer counseling.

We have scheduled the medical and then A week later the interview is scheduled..

I called the USEM and said they might turn you down, If they are not receiving your case yet. As much as I want to schedule my Medical and pay DS160. I should wait for the NVC to transit my case to USEM. Just playing safe. It's better to be sure than sorry.
