Oath Letter

 I got a question ,

on the Oath letter it ask to bring green card  and any other documents USCIS  issued you ,

other then the green card what kinda documents  are they looking for ?

or is it just the green card and my passports ?

( I have a Valid passport and also  my expired passport where the K1 is attached to it , I showed it at the interview too )

i will bring my Green cards to the ceremony,instead of passport.

basically, you exchange your green card for the naturalization certificate .  They dont want you to use both at the same time and they need to destroy your green card after your citizenship begins.

Bring your green card(s) and any other documents that you have from USCIS. Im not sure if you have an EAD card... I still have mine. They didn't take it away from me at my green card interview, officer told me its a souvenir haha.

 

I kept it. I'll likely return it when I naturalize.

I had my oath ceremony yesterday and like you I was confused so i brought every notice I received during my naturalization process, plus my foreign passport and my green card. The only thing they asked for was the oath letter and my green card.

Ok Thank you everyone , I have the Green card but cant remember where I put my EAD card , I doubt I will need it  

but will bring my expired and Valid passports ,

and yes thought about bringing all the notices I received since K1 process 8 years ago ,

but glad I asked here ( would have been another binder to organize ) lol
