As per the timeline update i see aug & sep 2016 filers are receiving approval now(ie aug 2017) . Its means people are receiving approval around 1 year. I have also noticed all the F2a categories who's spouse are outside USA are under california center... Any comments and views plz??

So can we expect our Noa2 around dec 2017 to jan 2018 you think? Based from the pattern?

Yes . The pattern looks like that .. i wish it can move faster and get approval earlier.

It depends from which country the beneficiary is applying from. Some country citizen's are eligible for VWP.. (list of country in this link https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/visit/visa-waiver-program.html) .These citizen's have no problem in getting b2 visa while i130 is pending .

For other countries citizen's there is no chance of getting b2 visa while your i130 is pending for approval. There are slight chances of getting approval after i130 is approved and moved to NVC.That is what I found from people who have posted in online.

Thanks! I read that too. Oh well looks like waiting is really the only option now. I find these forums more informative than the uscis website though. Atleast here we learn from first hand experiences of co-filers.

Hey guys same here 😣

Pd 17 January 2017 CVS No approval yet

I have read that others that have received their approval and moved to the NVC was sent an email that said: your case is not eligible for further actions. Why? And it's our case too?

Please answer.
