Please help!!!!  I already applied for AOS but i send only my complete DS-3025. I got my notice for interview that it says i need to bring I-693 so next week i have civil surgeon appoinment. My question is???

Is the civil surgeon just copying the vaccine history from the DS-3025 onto the I-693 without demanding another medical exam? From what I’ve read, some civil surgeons refuse to do that since they want the applicant to have another medical exam. Do i need to undergo again  for another X ray, blood test and vaccination even my DS-3025 is already complete and my Xray is cleared and my blood test is good.???

Please share your experience!!!

Thank you !!!

Call USCIS and speak to a tier 2 officer to get their advice, but this seems to get sent to everyone, including me before my interview a couple of weeks back. I didn't have another medical appointment or anything like that, at the interview the officer confirmed that my DS-3025 was correct had been accepted, so that letter was just auto-created and wrong!

It's clearly mentioned in the instructions page and also a "Note" and on Part 9 Page 11 (vaccinations page) of the I-693 that ONLY Part 1,2,3( only if applicable),4,6 & 9 should be submitted which means you won't be needing another medical exam because the medical exam conducted by Panel Physician in your home country is valid for 6 months for K1 visa and 1 year for AOS.

I went through a similar problem and the CS said i"ll have to go through another medical exam, I took the I-693 instructions page and also showed him the NOTE on Part 9 Part 11 of the I-693 and then he didnt talk anything about another medical exam... he only took $40 to copy the details from the DS-3025 and the only inputs he had to put is for Chickenpox (history of chickenpox) and Flu (not flu season).
