Hey everyone I'm just curious to ask you, is it still possible to bring your parents  to live in the United States ?

I did not see The I - 130 for parents under  processing times chart!

is it a glitch or what?

If you are a USC then yes.

I have no idea how you would do that.

I'm not a USC yet but I just wanna make sure this kind of petition is still there and available for the near future!

As of right now the ability to bring your parents here as a USC is still available, but who knows if and when the Raise Act will be voted on.

They're working on changing it so people can't bring their relatives over so it depends on how soon you're trying to do it.

They'd have to meet the point system after that.

if your spouse is a USC can they petition your parents?
