Revoke

I was denied cr1 visa last  year August. My  case current status change, to Intent to Revoke Notice Was Sent .

is it a good sign to be approved for my second interview. Thank you

Intent to revoke doesn't sound like they are giving you another interview nor planning to approve your visa application.

The intent to revoke notice is the official denial notice being sent to the petitioner. May i ask what was the reason for the denial and what country you are from.

How is that a good sign?

Do you actually have a second interview setup?

Approval depends on how the interview goes, and if you've already been revoked there is no good sign.

Intent to revoke means they have sided with the CO and plan to officially deny your case. If they haven't already, USCIS will send your partner information in the mail, at which time you and two can provide evidence in an attempt to change the USCIS's decision. That's not a guarantee that you'll get a second interview.

The process for a returned CR/IR  :

 

1. CO returns petition to USCIS with recommendation to revoke (deny) the petition.
2. USCIS will send you a NOID/NOIR ( Notice Of Intent to Deny/Revoke.) This currently takes 6-12 months.

3. Once the petitioner receives the NOID/NOIR the petitioner has only 30 days to respond.

The NOID/NOIR will have the reason(s) of the CO's visa refusal listed and the petitioner addresses all the points for a rebuttal.
Overcome all points with clarifying them in a letter,submit proof and relationship evidence.
4. Once USCIS receives the petitioner's response and is satisfied with the rebuttal they will send the petition back to the embassy

for a second interview. The embassy will contact the beneficiary and /or petitioner when they are ready to schedule that interview.
The petitioner should make a senatorial inquiry as well as email the embassy for occasional status inquiries as the entire process

can take well over a year.
If USCIS is not satisfied with the rebuttal they will deny the petition and you would have to file again overcoming the reason for
denial in your second filing.
If unsure how to formulate a rebuttal wait until the NOID/NOIR arrives and ask for help here by posting the reasons for the refusal.
