AOS Rejection re-submission help

Hey everyone I received my entire AOS packet back today due to incorrect fees what happened was we had the correct amount however he made an error with the wording and left off the five, I thought i was extremely meticulous when it came down to my AOS paperwork and couldn't believe I didnt double check the details of the check anyways i'm planning on getting my hubby to redo the check and resend it express mail first thing tomorrow now my question to any of you who have experienced this is it ok to resend the document exactly the way it was sent back to you with the correction or do i have to redo the entire thing please share your experiences. Thanks in advance.

None of the paperwork should have changed. So, just send in the correct amount with it.

i have the same problem on rejection..☹️ Did you send it back to USCIS the same documents that they returned back to you?. How’d it go?. Is everything okay now on your application?. Thank you 😊

I sent mine back the day after I received it, we just redid the check and sent it back EXACTLY how we received it with everything disorganized well it was organized how they wanted it, it was accepted and processed no problem whatsoever so just put the green paper you received on top of everything correct what needs correcting and send it back. I am so worried about it ☹️

The main reason on why they rejected my application was the outdated version of form I-485.. ☹️ And everything on my application like EAD and Travel document was rejected too.. so sad..
