Mine took a lil over a month due to outstanding medical once CEAC changed to issued I collected my stuff from DHL the following evening I called them and made arrangements because my flight was the next day. If they will be delivering it to you after it is issued it can be up to 5 business days for receipt depending on where in the island you are
