Cause i've read that to apply for Emergency Advance Parole i need to wait for Noa 1, but if it comes to the point where i can't wait ? I've sent my package including the ssn and ap application and the fees too ,do you guys think they can give me an emergency parole before geting my Noa 1 ?

No. You require the NoA to be able to apply for emergency AP.

If you depart the US without AP then your AoS will be considered abandoned and you would need to begin over from scratch.
