Hi All

Congratulations to everyone who has completed this process! I know that feeling must be fantastic!.  As for me,  today is day 231 since I sent in my application via mail.  My status has been "in line for interview" since October 19, 2017.  I can only hope that I am getting closer to the finish line.

 

Does anyone know if I will receive an email or text once my interview has been scheduled? I check my mailbox everyday paranoid that I may have missed the letter LOL

I did not apply right after the oath ceremony, because there were too many people in the lobby.  It was crazy.  I actually submitted my application at the Oakland Post Office and had submit my original Naturalization Certificate.  I received it back in the mail a couple of days after receiving my shiny new passport.

21 days, I did not expedite.  Received nat cert back 2 days after receiving passport.

Passport Agency and USPS lost my NATURALIZATION CERTIFICATE... :crying:  Its been a month  since I received my passport.

They don't know where it went maybe it got delivered on a different address and they're hoping they will return it.

 I am so mad and sad. I dont know what to advice you guys to avoid it to happen but incase ask the agency when you apply.

 

btw I went to Skyline College in San Bruno for my passport no line at all it was last March. If you live near go check it out.

I30 Petition for my Mother Timeline

 

SVC: Texas Service Center

Country: Philippines

 

03/01/2018- Sent Petition to USCIS via USPS

03/05/2018- USCIS received petition PRIORITY DATE

03/08/2018- NOA1

08/31/2018- USCIS Approved Petition

09/03/2018- NOA2

09/10/2018- Case sent to NVC

09/18/2018- NVC received case

10/12/2018- received email from NVC with the case # ( CEAC processing )

10/16/2018- Paid Fees AOS and Visa Fee

10/19/2018- Submitted Documents. Civil Documents/AOS and completed DS260

10/30/2018- received email from NVC. checked my CEAC acct rejected AOS, Police Clearance and Birth Certificate

Reason: some part is cut off and not clear. Resubmitted the same day.

11/08/2018- Received an email from NVC that all the required documents are approved. Its documentarily qualified and they will schedule the interview.

11/19/2018- Received an email that interview is scheduled for December 17

11/22/2018- First day medical

11/23/2018- Second day medical saw abnormality on the xray need to go back for sputum culture.

1/31/2019-Back to St.Lukes. Medical approved. Scheduled Interview 

2/08/2019-INTERVIEW PASSED

2/13/2019-Visa Issued Status

That's just awful, hopefully it will show up.  I felt a little weird too when I sent in the original.
