Guys,

I finally got my NOA2 approval after 305 days of waiting. I am so happy. Good luck to anyone from October/November/December 2016 still waiting on their NOA2. It is so stressful and frustrating to wait.

Congrats!!! Isn't it the weirdest feeling? It is hard to believe that it is true!

If anyone has the RFE problem of it not being delivered or anything like that... I called USCIS and asked to speak with a Tier 2 officer, they don't make it easy, but you have to insist, for it is your right. (You could call if something else is fishy or not normal) after all, operators just said a lot of misleading information and were not helpful at all, and were actually very confusing.

I got the best officer apparently, he was really kind and heard me out, finally he just read to me what I was missing (it ws the translation) and gave me the address to have it mailed, just like that he fixed a problem that according to the operators would have taken at least 2 months of waiting in vain. (They wouldn't send me a new copy to another address unless the time on the RFE passed which was a month, and then they even said something about having my address changed in my Embassy and bla bla bla)

Anyway, I just sent my RFE's response today! So fingers crossed, it will be soon I have an answer!

I really hope you get it as soon as possible. Try to keep yourself mentally busy or else you will be thinking and dreaming NOA2 every day...lol
