To be fair he has succeeded in banning transgenders from the military. That was a very important issue that was plaguing the American people.

He can't ban transgender people from the military, because the CJS would not approve it, and he doesn't have the political or moral capital to even make such a request.

 

We haven't yet received the full translation and interpretation of Supreme Leader's thoughts in regards to that issue. 

 

I am convinced Trump's tweets are in fact Quatrains in disguise, yet to be fully unpacked and comprehended by humanity.
